C-3010

General Information:

C-3010 is used as a replacement for amine sweetening solutions and ironite sponge systems. The C-3010 is an aqueous resin solution which contains surfactants. Our C-3010 is water soluble and can be diluted with methanol, glycol’s or water.

The C-3010 is used in the scavenging of H2S from gas and fluid systems. The treatment rates for the scavenging of H2S from gas streams is in the 0.2 to 0.3 liters per part per million of H2S per MMSCF of gas produced. The spent solutions are generally water soluble, functioning as a surfactant and corrosion inhibitor and are normally injected into the other produced fluids for disposal.

Our C-3010 was developed for the purpose of scavenging H2S from gas streams and is selective to H2S, other acid gas’s will not be affected by the scavenger, therefore a more efficient treatment rate can be attained. The formulation as well as the blending process of this product is a patented process and therefore can not be disclosed at this time.
C-3010 has no free formaldehyde and is shipped as a non regulated product under the transportation of dangerous goods classifications. Although the product is non regulated some safety precautions should be taken when handling and transferring of the product.
