Raymond P. Doraty Raymond Doraty joined Caradan Chemicals in 2008 as our controller. In January 2011 Raymond was appointed President and General Manager of Caradan. Raymond brings a vast amount of experience and knowledge to Caradan. He has 28 years experience as a Canadian and US tax Consultant. He also has experience in a broad range of banking and financial services. Raymond directly oversees Caradan chemicals day to day affairs at head office. Shane Clemmer Shane is a Third Class Power Engineer. His duties include the day to day operations for the production and distribution plant in our Nisku facility as well as overseeing blending, QC, Safety and purchasing; Shane has been with the Company since 2003 and was in the sales department and in 2006 took over the Operation Mangers role. Shane completed 32 years with Dow Chemical in 2006, where he worked in many areas of the Fort Saskatchewan manufacturing site. He has worked in the Chlorine and Caustic facilities, Human Resources and the Ethylene Glycol facility as well as in the Hydrocarbon Storage facility. Shane works at our Nisku plant. Howard Brown Howard has over 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry serving the central Alberta region. The past 20 years have been spent directly in chemical sales and service. Howard has been with Caradan since mid 2000 and in late 2004 he has moved into our Nisku head office to assume the responsibilities of Alberta Sales Manager. Howard has vast experience in the fields of corrosion mitigation & chemical H2S scavenging as well as documentation of compliance issues with respect to pipeline operations.
